Refund Details

The deadline for applying for a refund is Friday at midnight.  Refunds will be processed no later than Saturday, November 4th.  The refunds will be calculated based on the following fomula...

Subscription Term Percent of Regular Payment
One Month 25%
Three Months 8.5%
Six Months 4.25%
One Year 2%

No refunds are given for basic accounts and refunds will only be processed for the primary (subscribing) account on family subscriptions.

Thank you for your patience in this situation.  We simply did not have the cash on hand to process these refunds earlier due to the fact that we have invested heavily in a higher quality web host and our old web host did not refund us for the down time.

Frequently Asked Questions

If we have a family sub, do we request only for the master/admin kennel that has the subscription, or for all of the accounts?

Just the primary account.  The other accounts don't have a record of any payments so they wouldn't be eligible for any refunds.
